The first stage of the “Contact Areas” project of the Bulgarian Art Maintenance Foundation is being implemented at Ilindentci Art Center. The young sculptors Krasimir Metodiev, Dobromir Bonev, Elena Gugleva, Dimitar Nikolov and Kremena Zhobova under the guidance of their professors Prof. Stefan Lyutakov and Assoc. Prof. Tsvetoslav Hristov and Ivan Rusev interpreted the traditions of stone and ornamental plastic in our land. The works created during the creative residence were exhibited in the open spaces of the Art Center from June 15 to July 15, 2019, and in November they were displayed in the gallery at 6, Shipka Str.
The project has been completed with the financial support of the Debut Program of the NF Culture in partnership with the Art Center – Ilindentsi Foundation, the National Academy of Art and the UBA.
